REFORM. RECHARGE. REPEAT.
FAQ
First time at Refora?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class so our Reformists can welcome you, show you around, and help you get settled.
Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing that allows you to move with ease. Grip socks are required for all Pilates classes—you’re welcome to bring your own, or purchase a pair in the studio.
What if I’ve never done Pilates before?
No experience is needed – Refora welcomes everyone from first-timers to seasoned clients. Our Reformists are trained to guide you through each class with care, offering modifications and support along the way so you can move with confidence from your very first session.
When is the class schedule released?
Classes are available to book two weeks in advance for all memberships and class packs. Founding and Annual Members with priority booking receive early access, with the ability to reserve classes two days before general booking opens.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes – all classes offer a waitlist once they are full. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified through the Refora app, and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is your late arrival and cancellation policy?
We allow a 10-minute grace window from the start of class. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we ask that you reschedule if you anticipate arriving later than this.
Late cancellations or missed classes may result in a ___ fee and the loss of that class credit.
